What we collect
- Store accounts: your email, store name, address, and optional logo link.
- Company accounts: your email, company name, contact person name, and phone number.
- Employee coupon recipients: name, phone number, and coupon amount, entered by the issuing company.
How it's used
This information is used only to operate the app: issuing and redeeming gift coupons, verifying the right person is redeeming a coupon, and approving new store/company accounts. We don't sell or share this data with third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.
Coupon links
Each coupon has a unique QR link that shows the coupon amount, employee name, and store details to whoever holds the link — this is by design, so an employee can show their coupon at the store without logging in. Don't share your coupon link with anyone you don't want redeeming it.
Data retention
Account and coupon data is kept for as long as your store or company account is active, so you can see your issuing/redemption history.
Your rights
To request a copy of your data, or to have your account and its data deleted, contact us using the email below.
